General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It can be dehydration or hypoglycemia episode. Also iron deficiency anemia can cause the symptoms. She may need to do a total blood count and formula, biochemical blood balance especially fasting glucose levels. Also remember to keep her hydrated and keep a balanced diet and eat timely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
