What Causes Nausea, Dry Heaves And Breathing Difficulty After Jogging?
I am a 37 year old female I am overweight by 30 pounds for 5 7 and i suffer from asthma. I have just started jogging again. Today was my 2 day of hard running which is 2.5 miles in 40 mins....After my run yesterday and today I have been experiencing the following systoms: nausea with dry heaves, tingling sensation and weakness in limbs, starry vision, black dots in vision, unable to breath normally like I have enough air but my body and breath cannot sync, and headache. Is this a TIA?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
That is less likely to be TIA ,as you are having asthma and you had strenuous activity which lead to bronchospasm and hypoxia to the tissues. So do pulmonologist opinion and avoid strenuous activity with asthma medication regularly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
