hio dr. Gibson . I am Paul Desmon. I work in Monrovia Liberal as an Analyst FOR At&T.0 About 8 Days agi u started having severe nausea , headach & fever. along with bruising easily. I went to a Confidential cliinic because i am scared my Job will fire me if im sick. and cant aford to loose me temporary job , . buy afternoon i started slighly bleeding from my nose, it has spread to my eyes and mouth as well. still running fever . whats

I really appreciate your concern, chances of viral infection may be likely just wait till the fever runs the course, meanwhile condition can be managed symptomatically with antipyretic, the best option would be "Tab Acetaminophen with Domperidone" as per needed for fever and nausea, headache, complete bed rest is must, plug the nostril if this is bleeding per nose, in sever bleeding you have to visit the ER, if the febrile condition long last or become worse then you need to se the ER, hope this information helps, ( If this is viral fever then this could take 5 to 7 days )
