For the FIFTH TIME I passed out. I had been doing physical work in our yard all day, as we had been away for six months, just finishing a six week trip to Europe. I was exhausted. I had completed the work, an hour had elapsed, and I sat down to supper. In the middle of the meal I felt sick to my stomach and I started to sweat; my wife tells me, because I don t remember, that I started slurring my words, my eyes were bigger than she has ever seen, and then I slumped over, as I had passed out. One of my incidents was in a doctor s office, and I was put in the hospital. Another was in Mexico on a tour. In all previous cases I have been given an IV, and told that I was dehydrated, but if this were so, then why did this not happen when I was working or loosing water? Do you think I should see a physician that deals with epilepsy? There is no history of this disease in my family.
