What Causes Nausea For A Short Period After Eating Sprouts And Soaked Dates ?
Dear Doctor , I have started taking sprouts or soaked dates in empty stomach for past 1 month. after taking, i feel like vomiting but after 2-3 mins, i ll be alright. Why is it so? Rgds, AAAAAAA

sprouts contain protein & dates high carbohydrate .
taking early morning causes your gastric enzymes ,over production to digest these complex food ,which causes acidity ,the symptoms are vomiting ,heart -burn etc.
thus dietary modification is a must .
