What Causes Nausea, Frequent Urination And Heartburn?

I ve been having all the symptoms of pregnancy, the nausea, headaches, constant urination, heartburn, problems sleeping and getting comfortable and yet every test that ive done comes out negative. My GP doctor won t look into it any further after a negative urine test. What do I do? I feel flutters in my abdomen and pain bending forward for to long or if I push to hard around belly button.

Hello
I had gone through your question diligently and I will try to help you out in best possible way

looking at your description it might be related to acid peptic disease or genitourinary infection
Apart from drugs stomach ulcer or Acid reflux also needs certain dietary and life style modifications like
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
You can take curd, cold milk or fruit juices

You should not stay hungry, have something to eat at frequent intervals because hunger increase acid production
You can liquid paraffin or lactulose for constipation
Avoid smoking and alcohol
relaxation exercises to allay anxiety and stress.
Don't lie down immediately after earing something

If you can.provide me more details like your age and presence of any other metabolic illness like diabetes or thyroid and liver disease , I will be able etc help you better

In my opinion you should consult a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy and ultrasound or an gynaecologist for urine culture and an USG

Hope this answers your question
Thanks and regards
