What Causes Nausea, Head And Back Pain With Stomach Soreness?

Hello doctor I have a few problems I m hoping u can help, I m 18 years old me and my husband have been having unprotected sex for 9 months in the past 3 weeks, I keep having nasua,my back hurts, my head hurts,my lower stomach on the right and left is also very sore, I can t remember when my last period was, I also have a thirod problem like my mother a lump in my throte plz help

The symptoms you are describing point towards geital tract infection.
You need to take doxy 100 mg bd and flagyl 400 mg tds for 14 days.
Also you need to undergo thyroid test and accordingly take thyronorm tablet.
Also for irregular periods you need to do some blood test like LH, FSH, prolactin.
Ultrasound of uterus and ovaries to see for any polycystic ovaries.
