General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of having first Depo shot and you developed bleeding that continued, have nausea, headache, back ache, sore nipples, throwing up and lost appetite.
Surely the second shot needs to be avoided unless the cause and treatment for your symptoms are known.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult your Physician for proper clinical evaluation, examination and get relevant investigations of blood, urine and stool.
Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis.
Get referred to the Specialist if advised so.
All these will lead to the proper cause of your symptoms.
Will make proper symptomatic and specific treatment possible.
First get out of the problems.
Second opinion of a Gynecologist is needed to know the cause of persistent bleeding and get treated as per the cause found.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
