General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to the HCM.
Dear delayed period ,with headache ,nause
can happen sometime because of hormonal
disbalance (estrogen and progesterone).For
that I would suggest you to get checked by a gynaec after getting blood test done for hormones like estrogen, progesterone and thyroid hormone profile. As some time thyroid hormone (increased or decreased) can cause these symptoms.
Hopefully my answer will be helpfull.
Wish you best of health.
