What Causes Nausea In The Absence Of A Bowel Movement?

I haven t experienced this until the last year, but I have become pretty regular & have a bm at least once a day if not more. Lately if I don t have a bm by the time noon hits I start to feel nauseous, I get goosebumps like when I m about to throw up after a night of drinking. I know my body is just wanting to detox, but why such an intense reaction? Especially after years of not even being very regular
