What Causes Nausea, Indigestion And Pain Below The Chest?

Hello, I have been having on and off nausea,indigestion and stomach pain just below my chest for the past week. I am a 54 year old male, 6 210lbs in better than average shape. I have been taking Zantac , it works for a while then the symptoms come back.

can i know the site of stomach pain?ther is a possiblity of appendix .you can start bt T.rabaprazol 40 mg once in the morning it gives relief from acidity for 24 hrs. and tablet unienzyme twice a day for indigestion.if symptoms persist can do USG -whole abdomen .
