What Causes Nausea, Nipple Pain, Vaginal Pain And Abdominal Pressure?

I don t know what s wrong with me. I m grumpy all the time, my nipples hurt, I m nauseas, pressure on my lower stomach hurts and makes me feel like I m going to throw up and my vaginal opening hurts and it burns when I wash with soap. I tried douching today because I don t know what s wrong down there , and it burned so badly I barely squeezed any of the liquid out and stopped because it burned so bad. Any suggestions on what s wrong with me?
