What Causes Nausea, Pale Face, Shaking Hands Fingers?

Hi, I am a teenage girl who has had some medical problems that I do not know what I have. My symptoms include: nausea, pale face, nonproductive cough, shaking of hands, fingers, and toes, hunger, out of breath. I have tried to replace my electrolytes with Gatorade, as well as drinking plenty of water and eating salty foods( helped calm down the shaking) this has been going on for 4 days constantly. I would really like some awnsers , I am freaking out because it scared me to have all of this happening at one time to me.

OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you do some blood tests which may help in diagnosing your case.

The symptoms you are describing is taking my concern towards anemia and most probably hypocalcemia (decreased hemoglobin and calcium level in the body).

The investigations I suggest you are: CBC, Sr. Ca and Electrolytes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Naira Jahangir , OB and GYN Specialist
