What Causes Nausea Post Food Intake?

In the last 2 days, I have had almost immediate nausea after eating even though i am eating very healthy , so healthy that the most unhealthy thing entering my body is with coffee, occasional johnny s salt and coconut oil used to stir fry veggies or chicken. Should I be concerned? (I recently tested for food intolerances with my doctor due to skin rashes/infections-type acne, and found out that I am very intolerant to eggs entirely, kidney beans and pinto beans, and have felt amazing prior to the diet adjustment, aside from this severe nausea.

It's clear proteins allergy and should be dealt with stopping such type of foods and see if such rashes/ nasea still there. After some gap repeat same food and again observe rashes/ nasea.

Further, if you were my patient, I would have told you to take the powder of turmeric, margosa and Sugarcandy (no sugarcandy if diabetic) mixed in equal ratio to keep allergy at bay. However, nausea can also be due to anaemia. If it's ascertained, iron rich diet like leafy vegetables may be increased. Four weeks will tell you the response.

Hope it helps you.
