I have been having nausea right side pelvic pain especially when I am active and inability to sleep due to the pain decreased appetite and the pain radiates from the front to the back I haven t had my period this month I had one last month I am 50 year old female

hi healthcare magic user, please get a pelvic And abdomen ultrasound done to rule out ovarian cyst. at the age of 50 year it could be malignancy.
please do color Doppler if some mass or cyst is present.
other possibility that it could be chronic appendicitis. Do you have any complaints such as bowel upset? because it could be colitis. some parasite infection, tuberculosis?
to know exact cause needs evaluation.
