What Causes Nausea, Sickness And Lightheadedness After Recovering From Flu?

I get nauseous after having a cigarette recently. I have been a smoker for way to long. I had the flu recently and threw up for a day and a half. After the flu was gone I got sick, light headed, and nauseous after having a cigarette. Is there something else that could be wrong with me?

HI

Thanks for posting your query.

It is very much expected after recovery from flu to have weakness , light headedness nausea. These symptoms will last for 1-2 weeks and gradually subside.

So there is nothing unusual about these symptoms . Just hydrate yourself well by drinking plenty of water , fruits juices, avoid oily food and non veg food . Avoid smoking as it causes gastric irritation and leads to nausea.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarification feel free to ask .

Regards.
