What Causes Nausea, Spotting And Light Headedness After Intercourse?

I just got off my period two days ago, yesterday my boyfriend and I had sex. A couple minutes after, I went to the bathroom, and when I came back out I felt light-headed and nauseous, then my vision went completely white and I actually passed out. After coming to my hearing was as if water was in my ears, after that wore off, I alternated between feeling nauseous and light-headed, but after about an hour it subsided altogether. The next time I went to the bathroom there was a very clear discharge with some blood in it and today I have a milky white discharge mixed with brown. What is going on, this has never happened before?

I have gone through your query and understood the concern. In the current scenario, the possible causes are- rough intercourse, ruptured ovarian cyst, polyps in the cervix and/or the uterus. The cause of the blackout is perhaps due to a syncope, a ruptured ovarian cyst which is often associated with pain, which, in your case is less likely since you did not have any pain. The discharge seen was mostly just some spotting while the period wears off, precipitated by the act. Yet, you need to exclude local causes through a clinical evaluation. Hope this helps.
