What Causes Nausea, Sweating And Numbness Of The Face After Menopause?
Based on symptoms I have been having over the last several months, I believe that I may have Diabetes type 2. This moment I am currently having symptoms of shakiness, trembling, slight nausea, and some numbness of my face but it went away. I have been sweating at weird times lately. However, I am 4 yrs post-menopause and I question why I am sweating. I have also noticed that I cannot see the tv or read as well as I had previously, but It is time to get my vision checked. I wear contacts and get my vision checked yearly. Soooooo.....what do you think? Is this an emergency?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have nausea, sweating and numbness of the face after menopause because of nerve impingement , such symptoms can also occur commonly after menopause . Visit neurologist once and get it examined to rule out nerve compression , neuralgia or other conditions like neuropathy . Sometimes the symptoms also occur due to deficiency of vitamins , hormonal changes and mineral like vitamin B 12 . If it is not due to nerve and due to dental infection then consult dentist once and get it examined. You should also visit endocrinologist for condition like hormonal imbalance and have hormonal therapy .It could be related to stroke. Neurotropic medication such as nerve supplement , methylcobalamin is effective to improve your symptoms. Eating healthy and ligh exercises will also be very helpful .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
