What Causes Nausea, Sweating And Walking Difficulty?

I woke up last night with nausea, sweating, and a body that felt like a wet noodle and some difficulty walking. Also, when my eyes were closed there was a big yellow blob in each eye that I was looking at. The blobs changed to blue and then subsided. I finally went back to sleep and only have slight queasiness today.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Sudden terror or anxiety during REM sleep may be part of sweating on sudden occasion. As at present, there is only slight queasiness, I would recommend to:
- Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids
- Manage sound regular sleep of 7-8 hours with help of meditation and YOGA

Consult later after one night sleep for follow up guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
