What Causes Nausea, Sweating, Diarrhea And Vomiting?

31 year old female.I woke up in the middle of the night with nausea, Major sweating, violent diahrrea and vomiting. That was 2 days ago and I still feel a bit queasy but now my nipples are tender. I am not pregnant. I thought it was food poisoning but no one else had it... What is going on?

Food poisoning is a term where many persons develops diarrhea and vomiting or nausea , simultaneously together particularly , if they ate the same food or joined a party.
But this is not necessary , sometimes it may happen that someone get loose motion with vomiting . The reason in such cases may be .
1 Over eating , so in your case may be due to over eating ( diarrhea, vomiting , nausea , profuse sweating ) .
When such type of cases comes I advise them 2-3 Ringer lactate drips intravenous.
2 Food allergy may be the another reason in your case , so wait and watch for some more day. Till take plenty of water mixed with salt , sugar and lemon juice.
3 Amoebic colitis is the another cause , so get in stool examination for amoeba .
In my opinion first of all use ( take ) OR S according to need .
If these type of symptoms recurs then consult a physician and get his opinion.
Nipple tenderness may be an indication of low degree infection . I usually advise my patient take Doxycyclin 200 mg only for one day with water.
