What Causes Nausea, Vomiting And Abdominal Discomfort With History Of GERD?

I have been having nausea and vomiting since june I do have some discomfort in my upper/mid left abdomen I have periods of time when I feel well, I just had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and both came back ok, I have a history of gerd, I also have chronic pain which started with shooting pain in my left leg/ knee immediately after I had shoulder surgery 10 years ago, and then within the next year went to my other leg and then to both my arms, with weakness, tingling and pain in both legs and arms, at times it feels if I am dragging a houndred pounds of weight on my legs when I am walking, so far I have no diagnosis for this either could these two problems be connected
