What Causes Nausea, Vomiting And Belching?

I have been waking up every morning for the past three weeks nauseated two of those days I vomitted bile for about 4 hours I have had an ultra sound for gall bladder which was negative. Sick of being sick also belching like a big man what could this be

I really appreciate your concern, this is the typical symptoms of hyperacidity and if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time for five weeks, try to avoid, smoking, alcohol, spicy food, prior to bed, keep the stress level low, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
