What Causes Nausea, Vomiting And Brown Vaginal Spotting After Taking Nordette?

Me and my boyfriend had sexual intercourse last sunday (September 7), after 5 hours, I went to the nearest pharmacy and bought nordette. I took the first dose at 5 pm then the 2nd dose at 5 am. I felt nauseous and even started to vomit. Then the following day, I experienced brown spotting on my underwear. Is this just the side effect of nordette? Or i m pregnant?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM....

You had unprotected intercourse and taken emergency pill for that....

You have taken two dose which is required , so chance of pregnancy very less ...

Here vomiting can be from gastritis induce by drugs. . .

If stomach upset increasing than omeprazole given for it ...
For vomiting domperidone can be given ....

From next time use barrier method while intercourse ....

Still if your period delayed than USG and blood Hcg estimation done to detect pregnancy ....(chance very minimal )

Consult gynecologist for further advise
