What Causes Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness And Weakness?

I have been having nausea, vomiting & loose bowels since Thanksgving. I thought it was due to consuming spoiled half and half but it s still going on. I had to go to the ER yesterday for weakness, vomiting, dizziness & shaking. They didn t find anything. Any idea of what this could be? I can t really eat anything.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello

There is a possibility of you having viral gastroenteritis. I think you should do further examinations such as stool culture to check for infection such as Shigella or clostridium.

Meanwhile, keep yourself hydrated. The ER should have given you intravenous infusion. Take enterogermina to establish the intestinal flora.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
