What Causes Nausea, Vomiting, Head Numbness With Dizziness And Chest Pain?

Hi, I m 22 years old female. I ve feeling nausea lately. I ve been vomiting some yellow liquid almost every evening. I also experience numbness on my left head side, chest pain (sometimes), dizziness and lightheaded. It s been a month I ve been feeling like this. Is something wrong with me?

Thanks for posting your query. I would like to know if you have had any fever, symptoms of any infection, any menstrual-related abnormalities, any drug intake and any trauma prior to the onset of these symptoms. All your symptoms may or may not relate to a single cause. If I were to treat you, I would ask for blood counts, urinalysis, liver profile and checking of vital data and an ECG. Furthermore, if the cause for the numbness and dizziness is not attributable to any of the findings, you would also need the opinion of a neurologist. Please try to inform your health care provider as soon as possible to get proper help. Take care.
