What Causes Nausea, Vomiting, Hives On The Body And Shortness Of Breath?

For about a week and a half I ve been nauseated with some vomiting, had itching with some hives. Tingling in my arms and legs, itchy, watery eyes, shortness of breath,major fatigue. However I m having a very hard time sleeping. I don t know if I m allergic to some supplements I m taking for leaky gut, so I stopped taking the Spirulina since those are several side effects when I looked it up. I ve been off of it for about 6 days and only feel a little better. I also stopped taking my Gabapentin , but it says that s out of your system in 1-2 days.

The symptoms of nausea, vomiting, itching, hives, tingling sensation, itchiness, watering of eyes and shortness of eyes are suggestive of an allergic reaction against some agent.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and symptomatic treatment. Regarding Gabapentin, I suggest you to consult your treating doctor before stopping the drug.
