Hello,

If you are not urinating normally but notice droplets of blood a good visit is necessary. The doctor will need to do a urinalysis and culture and also might need to do a gynecological exam and rectal exam in possibly a pap smear and transvaginal ultrasound if he susptects the bleeding to be from the vagina.
Some blood tests to check the liver and kidney function (ALT, AST, Bilirubin, creatinin, electrolyres) might be ordered as well.

I hope I have answered to your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,

Antoneta Zotaj
