What Causes Nausea, Weakness, Dizziness And Fatigue?

I am having the following symptoms start at the top of my head and slowly envelopes me when it reaches my shoulders it nauseates me then my body goes weak and I start to see visions it leaves me so weak and dizzy I can barely walk or think sometimes I forget where I am. They started 6 months ago and currently happening when I am tired or fatigued. At least once or twice a week for anywhere from 30 seconds to and hour. Please let me no what to do and thank you!

It could be hypothyroidism or could also be something neurological. You should get yourself checked out and see where in the problem is.
