What Causes Nausea While Bathing?

I get nauseous after being in the hot tub. I suspect my blood sugar lowers considerably, and it affects my well being. I am not diabetic, and I am 79, and I do not take any prescription medication. I eat only fruits and vegetables, uncooked, heat and eat, and very little package food.
