What Causes Nausea While On Nexito?

Hi, I started Nexito 10 for my anxiety attacks, yesterday. I feel a little nauseated and have a headache now, but I understand those are normal side effects that may go away after some time. I am assuming I will need to take this for many months. Are there any permanent effects to taking Nexito 10 long term? Thank you. LG

Thanks for your Query.
Nexito contains Escitalopram which is an SSRI .Thios is mainly prescribed for Panic disorders, Anxiety and clinical depression.
Now, since Nexito is an SSRi drug, son all side effects of this group comes along with it . These are mainly Heartburn, headache and nausea.
Other side effects include : nervousness , restlessness, fatigue, sleepy or feeling insomniac.
However, these appear to improve over the first week or two as you continue to take the mediaction.
But ,sexual side effects such as ejaculatory delay or problems with orgasms do not diminish over time.
As regars to your concern regarding long term side effects of Nexito, no known problems have been documented so far provided the medication is used as directed.
