Having extreme nausea, left arm pain, dizzy, headache. Belching a bit, but don t really feel it is indigestion. Really tired, and feeling of just not being ok. I do have history of high blood pressure, two leaky heart valves. But also have history of anxiety/depression. Should I seek emergency medical treatment or should I contact my doctor tomorrow? I did call the after hours exchange and they said go to ER, but with no insurance I hate to go and it be said that it is just anxiety.
I recommend going to the ER for a careful physical examination, a resting ECG, chest X ray study and cardiac enzymes. Some blood lab tests would help exclude other metabolic causes.
If all the above tests result normal, anxiety should be considered the main cause of this symptomatology.
Hope to have been helpful! Best wishes, Dr. Aida

What Causes Nausea,dizziness And Headache?
Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms may be related to cardiac ischemia. What are your actual blood pressure values? A high or low blood pressure would explain the headache. The left arm pain is not typical of any brain ischemia. Aida
