What Causes Nausea, frequent Urination And Heartburn?
I had my period August 25 for 5 days. i'm on the pill but the week before i didn't take it everyday. i was taking 2 a day, skipping days. now, i'm Nauseas at night, sleeping allot, urinating alot, have heartburn. could i be pregnant .. or is it too soon, for symptoms
As you have missed few pills, you cannot expect the complete coverage of contraception with that pack. But just by symptoms we cannot come to a conclusion regarding the pregnancy. Because this type of symptoms can be seen during the premenstrual period also. Increased frequency of the micturition, nausea, etc. symptoms can be seen with urinary tract infection also. So if the symptoms persist better to undergo urine or preferably blood test for pregnancy after one week of your expected date of periods.
If serum beta HCG levels in the blood test for less than 5 mIU/mL that rules out the possibility of pregnancy. Levels above 5 mIU/mL indicates the possibility of pregnancy and levels about 25 mIU/mL confirms the possibility of pregnancy. So, please discuss these things with your doctor and proceed accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
