What Causes Nausea,sore Nipples And Abdominal Cramps While On Implanon?

I have an implanon birth control implant which I m ashamed to tell you it expired in December. I had my 1st period since it expired in early June. I have had unprotected sex with my boyfriend of 4 yrs in the late part of June. I take a generic version of adderall for my ADD. I sometimes feel nausea but I read that its a side affect of the meds. For the past couple of days I have been feel nauseous at least once during my day. The ADD meds also suppresses my appetite so I figured the nausea was due to my body being upset for the lack of nourishment. Today when I came home from work the smell of cooked food & moth balls (moth balls were a potty training tactic to discourage the puppies from pooping on the area rugs ) I was fine the 1st 20 minutes but finally I started to feel very nauseous to the point that I thought maybe I should go near a waste basket...My nipples (only) are very tend to the touch (I just assumed it was pms related). I have trouble sleeping ( Which I read is a side affect also ). Today I had some cramps but it felt more like cramping in my cervix... I just want to ask if the things I m experiencing are normal.... Just an odd collection of symptoms... Any suggestions as to what the heck is going on with my body????
