What Causes Nausea,stomach Cramps And Lower Back Pain?

Hi, I been experiencing nausea, cramping, lower back pain, fatigue and my breast feels heavy. My last LMP was August 12th I ovulated August 24th and the next day I started cramping, the nausea started 2 days after the cramping and as of Friday I had pinching pain, back pain fatigue and heaviness of the breast. I have no children so can please tell me if this is PMS or Pregnancy. Thank you so much

Hi,

Thanks for writing to us.
It can be both due to pregnancy as well as PMS.
If you had unprotected intercourse and planning for baby then these symptoms can be due to pregnancy.
Wait and watch for your period.
