What Causes Nauseous And Loss Of Appetite?

Hi,
For the past 2 months I have felt nauseous basically all day long and have had a sudden loss of appetite. Eg. sweet foods which I would normally crave all the time have become something that I won't go near. I have also noticed that my stomach has changed in appearance quite a lot (look kind of bloated), It also hurts a lot when I press on my stomach including areas from my waist down to just below my hips.
I originally thought I was pregnant but have not missed a period and have taken multiple pregnancy tests all of which have come back negative.
Just wondering if anyone has any idea on what it could be?
Btw I'm a 19 year fit and healthy female. I exercise daily and eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg. Don't smoke although I do enjoy a few drinks every few weeks or so.
If anyone has any idea please let me know :)

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for asking!
chronic nausea has many etiologies and need to be sorted out.Chronic nausea and vomiting are not uncommon in the general population and a careful history and examination are required to eliminate common medical causes Small bowel bacterial overgrowth, gastric bile reflux or acid reflux are frequent benign causes of nausea, vomiting and retching after cancer treatment. Metabolic causes such as hyperglycaemia, hypercalcaemia, renal impairment, and Addison's disease need to be excluded. Gastroparesis and slow upper GI transit can exacerbate symptoms. Oesophageal motility disorders such as diffuse oesophageal spasm or ineffective motility can develop. Oesophageal strictures are another important cause.
Get to a gastroenterologist and let them help you with it. no worries
take care
