What Causes Nauseous Feeling, Night Sweats And Pain In Lower Abdomen?
Have these symptoms for at least 6 months. Have had various blood work and bone marrow biopsy. The biopsy was negative and blood work up was okay but still have symptoms and no improvement. What do think could possibly be the problem? Symptoms: nauseous feeling, night sweats pain in lower abdomen, pain on left side radiating to lower back with pain intensifying on left side, little appetite, eat a little but feel full right away loss of weight, fatigue,

Hi,
Consult a physician and kindly get your thyroid hormone levels checked and cortisol levels checked. hormonal imbalance can cause the above symptoms.
Also , an ultrasound of abdomen will give a better picture of any underlying soft tissue pathology of the abdomen.
Kindly also get a urine analysis and culture to rule out infections.
Drink lots of water and fluids in the meanwhile.
