What Causes Neck Abscess?

I got this lump on my neck, it went away before and just always came back, it gives off this stinky odor I think from the puss, it's been there for a while but I need to do somthing cause no matter how much I wash my face and neck it dosent help.. What would this be.?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some acute inflammation forming the abscess or may have tuberculosis and turn into abscess. You should go for incision and drainage of pus. Then go for culture and sensitivity of that drained pus. Then take a course of antibiotics accordingly.
