What Causes Neck And Chest Area Tightness With Pulling?

I am a 52 year old male that has been told by my doctor I am healty. Within the past six months I have had a full medical cardio lite stress test, nect and leg arties checked . I have these tests done every year and a half to two years. Within the past two months I began having a tightness with a pulling feeling in my neck area into the top of my chest area. It sometimes lasts for a day or so then goes away and comes back. I take metoprolo 50 ones a day for borderline high blood pressure and I am in good physical shape for my age. Activity does not make it any better or worse but I do notice when I get tense it becomes a little worse what can this be my doctor tells me its not my heart I have just been all checked out and do get regular checkups
