What Causes Neck And Left Shoulder Pain Radiating Towards Arm And Hand?

Hi and Thank you... For about 6 months now. I have had neck and left shoulder pain that radiates to upper and lower left arm and hand. Headache pressure pain. Body aches. I also have a skin rash on my face that I have for the same time. I have never had a skin problem till now. .

I really appreciate your concern, the pain could be due to cervical spine disease and this need to be ruled out and for that imaging study may required, else pain can be managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day" for the allergic condition this can be tried with "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
