What Causes Neck And Shoulder Aching With Excessive Thirst And Fatigue?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? HI my husband woke up this morning out of nowhere with achiness around his neck and shoulders. He felt like he was "getting sick". He has no fever or colds and was just really thirsty and tired along with the achiness. He has been hydrating well but not feeling any better. Any ideas? He has been sleeping all day?
