What Causes Neck, Arm And Elbow Pain, Left Chest Heaviness And Tenderness?

I am a 39 year old female. I have a history of anxiety and panic disorder but have had it under control for the past year with no medication. Lately I have been experiencing a lot of neck pain most all of the time. Also my chest on the left side sometimes feels heavy and tender to the touch. Then Pain in the left side of my neck like pressure and arm and elbow hurt too. Could this be caused from anxiety?
