What Causes Neck Glands Swelling With Pain?

yes I have swollen glands in my neck and they hurt more when I turn my head I wanna know what it could possibly be it s not the first time it happens it seems to happen during the seasons change I want to know what I could take to elude the painand he doesn t last long could you please give me some information

As per your clinical history it appears that you are having inflammatory neck lymph node swelling common after upper respiratory track infection during seasons change.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Antiseptic Mouth Wash , anti inflammatory , analgesic Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination & Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination .
