What Causes Neck Lumps Which Are Palpable?

Hi... My hubby noticed a lump on the back of his neck last night near the hair line on the right side. Had another one at the left side a few months back. It s not painful n can t be seen. It can be felt with the fingers. M to worried. What could it be?

Hi,
It seems that he might be having some scalp infection, bacterial, fungal giving rise enlarged lymph node behind the neck.
Consult your doctor and get examined for any scalp infection.
After examination he will go for treatment accordingly.
Ok and take care.
