What Causes Neck Osteoarthritis?

hi, i ve have been with a terrible neck and traps pain for more than 2 years now , i had an MRI done and find out i have neck osteoarthritis, been on different pain pills for a minute, physical therapy,trigger point injections, but nothing seems to help. any other suggest?

Your symptoms seem to be related to degeneration of the joints, vertebrae, and discs in the cervical portion of the spine that can lead to pain and inflammation.

I see that you have already used treatment to relieve the pain.

If the symptoms continue I suggest consulting a neurologist for further evaluation.
