What Causes Neck Pain After Orgasm?

I have been experiencing pain in the back of my neck for two days now. This is a completely new pain and it set in right after orgasm. It really hurts and is starting to worry me. I did orgasm again this morning but this time I was with my girlfriend and the pain came back but more intense then the last time. Please help.
