What Causes Neck Pain Along With Itchiness In The Throat?

So I last have sex 5 months ago back in October and I m really scared because shortly after my sister had got a cold I got it from her and my itchy throat has not yet went away, and I started to get pains in my neck nothing major about three days ago my neck started to tense up and it has been like that now i feel tingling in the bottom of my face I m not sure what to I m really scared thinking of what it could be I just wanted to be sure on what I should do or what you think please help out I m so scared out of my mind idk what to do ....

I have gone through your query. It can be upper respiratory infection. Taking vitamin c antihistamines like zyrtec and warm saline gargle helps.
