What Causes Neck Pain Along With Vomiting In A Child?

Hello... my 9-year-old son woke up and threw up yesterday morning. Are once around 3, started complaint of neck pain/stiffness around 10 PM.. headaches that come and go. Didn t eat again until 2 PM today, neck hurts, can t look left to right, he can look up & down. No fever.. no sore throat, and throats isn t red.

it may be cervical spondilosis or postural defect while sleeping. use neck color apply hot compression and local analgesic ointment.take tab combiflam once daily after food for 7days.avoid pillow at bed time-and use hard bed.
