What Causes Neck Pain And Lightheadedness?

i often expierience lightheadness especially went i bend my head down and raise it up. i just can't bend to pick something up without expieriencing this. except this my neck is very tense, so when i touch, i can be lightheaded. i have disc herniation since 2003.
