What Causes Neck Pain And Numbness In The Hand?

After sleeping wrong, I had some neck pain (I did have a accident on a bike when was a kid so it does bother me about once a year) - you know the kink in your neck sometimes. Anyway, since then the pain has travelled to and seemingly moved around to (right side) my back shoulder, outer biceps area and top of forearm near elbow. Also had some numbness at times in hand and lower arm. is there maybe a pinched nerve somewhere or possibly carpel-tunnel? I did have something similar on left after carrying something heavy earlier in October but it eventually went away within like 2 weeks - did have some medicine to help with inflammation
