What Causes Neck Pain And Shortness Of Breath While Driving?

I was driving my turbo honda civic on the road the other day 20 degrees out, the exhuast is cut off right before the firewall, all the exhaust and fumes roll right into the car as you can watch it during the day when the sun hits it right. Also my turbo seals on exhaust side are bad so it blows oil smoke in also, Ihad to ride with windows 1inch from the top, for about 1 hour, I got home at 7pm and instantly passed out, woke up with SERIOUS head pain, neck pain, and body pain like the flu,dizzy,yawning 24-7, VERY shortness of breath, I cant catch my breath per say, its like I cant get that good deep feeling that i got my entire breath an relax, it just wont do it. and If i blow all my air out my lungz and keep pushin, i can feel like a methalated vapor comin from in my lungs. This was 3 days ago, and im still slightly shortness of breath and yawning all the time. Do I NEED to goto the doc, i have insurance, its a $30 co pay, im just broke, but after reading about this carbon monoxide poison it seems worth the $30, but since its 3 days later is it needed? can they help me breath better, besides just givin me oxygen?? Ive been smoking a strong marijuana a few puffs out of a water bong, thats is the only thing that makes me feel like I got a whole breath and keeps me from getting dizzy. thanks for any help.
